We are getting together as many names as possible to try and help save St Albans Pre School, This is a vital pre school for the local Portsmouth citezens and it would be greatly appreciated if you would take a little time to fill in your details.
This will then be forwarded on to our local MP and whoever else could possibly change the decision to close the schoole

I have compiled the official list of names to submit to the MP and the local council planning department. We are currently preparing a formal letter that outlines the necessity of this facility for Portsmouth families.

Shocking... Increase free childcare for 3/4 year olds then start closing down the local pre schools so there's no availability and people can't use the hours. Awesome !great money saving idea!
My daughter is 29 mths old. It took her a couple of months to settle in as she was the youngest, but now she loves school and next friday will be her last day and we will have to try and settle her in to a different school with different children. SAVE ST ALBANS !!
Please don't shut the pre school they were the only ones that listen to me when I had trouble with my son and stood by me he's nearly 12 now and has autism ,sensory integration disorder and hyper mobility I found this out at the age of 7 with out them my son might of been in care by now
This is an excellent preschool valued by people living in Copnor, I brought many children I have childminded to this school, the staff are the loveliest caring people and you couldn't ask for more.
This preschool has been running since I was a child and attended it 36 years ago it's valued highly by us Copnor residents for our child to attend Finley is the 3rd of mine to attend and also my 2 siblings went here ......
Three of my children went here. It would be a real shame to see it close.

Really concerned for the area that this brilliant pre-school is facing closure. Both my daughters attended here and the staff were fantastic. Such a shame that economics overrides the welfare and needs of local children and their parents.
