Please reconsider eliminating Sr Maggi's position as she is an important figure in all of these young kids lives. I know that my nieces who attend Borromeo love her!!!!

Having a nun around our children is priceless. Why not a fundraiser to save this precious commodity. I had the good fortune of having Franciscan nuns in my grade school years. How they helped me and so many others to know Christ. Please do what you can to honor and keep Sr. Maggi.

I will keep sister in my prayers that she may remain at SCB school and continue teaching. It seems she is carrying quite a load of work, plus teaching- that's a lot for one person. I hope that she remains a teacher, but that some of her duties could be removed.
I have two grandchildren at SCB currently and will have four in August. As a grandparent I feel that they are receiving a good education and want that to continue.
I think that with a new principal starting the 2015-16 school year as few changes as possible should be made.

Sister Maggi inspired my daughter to love math. Borromeo is luck y to have someone like her, because she is so dedicated to the school and the students.. She needs to stay at Borromeo, so she can inspire future students!! I think it is a disgrace the way the Administration has treated her after all of her years of dedication and service. Seems to be similar to the treatment of Mrs. Leonhard!!! I think the problem is with the Administration!!

I was in Sr. Maggie's 8th grade class and she inspired me to love math. Thanks to her, I am now a PhD student in Chemistry at Washington University in St. Louis. Her removal would seriously be a detriment to the school.

We had kids at Borromeo for 19 years! Sr Maggi was always there for our kids and all the kids at Borromeo. No one could teach Math the way she could! Above and beyond was the normal day activity for her. What a way to reward such a vital part of Borromeo school.....firing her? This deserves reconsideration; she deserves reconsideration!

I had Sr. Maggi for the 7th grade, and she was a wonderful teacher. I can't believe after all these years that any school would want to let her go. Please reconsider eliminating her position; you will be losing a true friend and asset to St. Charles Borromeo School and Parish.

After giving 33 years of service and dedication to Borromeo School, I can only imagine how any one of us might feel being told we were no longer needed. This to me is the most hurtful part of what is going on here. We say we are a Catholic community but who would ever do this to any member of any community? Very Christian - I should say not! Sister Maggi has always gone about her day with as little fanfare as possible. She has always been there for our children and never seeks recognition for the many things she does for our school. This is how we thank her and show our appreciation? Something is very wrong here! Sister Maggi - there are a lot of good Christian people at Borromeo who do love and appreciate you. It hurts us all to have someone treat you this way. I am praying that those who made this decision will discover how wrong they have been and find it in their hearts to apologize to you and want you to remain where you belong! Love you!

So--I remained hooked on, indeed in awe of my "little sister" Maggi ever since. We were raised in the Christian tradition that we were given the gift of life so that we could help others whenever the need arose. Well, I testify that Maggi has fulfilled this mandate to the Nth degree. Students; friends; family; Sisters in community; ANYONE in any need finds a solution with Maggi. Our sweet precious Lord will take care of SCB---don't fret. He's not about to leave the dreadful void Maggi's dismissal would bring. Be still, Know If He Brings you To It, Then He Will Bring You THROUGH It. He thinks VERY highly of Sister Maggi Judge! Don't know how she does all that she does, but this I DO know---when I grow up, I wanna be JUST LIKE Maggi. (a little addendum---eventually, way back when, I did get those brothers I prayed for. They are well worth the wait, but there is truth in the idiom "BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR") maryellen judge

This is very disappointing news, Sr Maggi is a wonderful teacher. They are obviously letting the wrong person go, maybe it is time to clean out the rectory.

Who is the absolute moron that thinks it's a good idea to let the asst. principal go when there is a new principal coming in? Are you asking for families to leave and for the school to fall into shambles??? Very poor and inconsiderate upper management. Does anyone think of anything other than the almighty dollar? These are our future leaders that you are putting at risk. Nice Christian values that are being displayed. Shame on you all!!!! Perhaps one day you will find your job in jeopardy and then will know what it feels like. With all due respect, Father, I'm sure no one would would be signing a petition on your behalf.... Just some food for thought.

What an absolute shame to "eliminate" the last remaining religious teacher from this school! I have seen 3 of my grandchildren move through this school and all have been touched very positively by her presence and super abilities to "connect" and aspire them to serve as well as to learn. Please rethink this decision and don't let this travesty happen. It would be a
great loss to the school itself, as well as all the. children and SCB parishoners.
