My son plays cricket for shenfield cricket club which he thoroughly enjoys. Closing the car park will cause huge dostruption for anyone who plays for the teams, adult or child. It's a big part of the shenfield community.

I have often watched two of my grand children playing cricket and enjoying themselves there. I fully support the Shenfield Cricket Club.

The Cricket Club is a much loved, valuable and integral part of the Shenfield Community - it must remain. My children and myself thoroughly immersed ourselves in this club and it would be an absolute injustice for it to go. I will back the saving of this club whole heartedly. This cricket club is the heart of Shenfield and we should support it in any way we can. I'm with you SCC ... BACK OFF BRENTWOOD COUNCIL

This is utterly outrageous. A Family club which gets all members of the community together to not have its own car park is obscene and a disgrace.

Save Shenfield Cricket Club - it is a valuable asset for the community - parents and children alike. It was enjoyed by my family and should be able to be there for generations to come .Brentwood Borough Council need to appreciate this. It would be a massive loss to Shenfield .

Been a member for 47 years and find it unthinkable that a club that has been inexistence for nearly one hundred years might close in this manner and deprive over 350 adults and juniors of this healthy pastime.

I watch the cricket every week in the summer and the thought of the car park being removed dissapoints me. The thought that my son will not be able to enjoy the sport I use to play, is concerning and it would be in the councils best interest to keep it.
