Shenfeild are amongst a few of the teams that play at such high cricketing standard it would be bad for both cricket as a whole and for any player at shenfeild cc

This is all about money, with no consideration of the hundreds of local youngsters and adults who get to use this facility.

This club is at the heart of the community. I have many fond memories of time spent here. How many more green spaces have to be sacrificed.

Leave this green space alone. The cricket club and its grounds are a very valuable asset to Shenfield and are part of our community and stop us becoming a London borough with no character

Shenfield Cricket Club draws a lot of youngsters away from their Play Stations and onto the pitch. We also persuade a number of their parents to take up sport again.
We also host schools cricket ranging from infants to senior schools. During the week we set up for training ahead of the children arriving.
How can we do those things if the council take away our car park?
