On May 24, Scott County Hospital is set to be closed unless a solution is found. There is a group of local physicians along with other health care professionals that have a hospital take over plan. This proposal at its very worst will allow at least parts of the hospital to stay open providing the community with the care that it deserves. The meeting on this proposal is scheduled to be voted on May 21, 2012 at 6:00 pm est at the Scott County Office Building.
