With this new variant, many people we know will not done at all if there is not outdoor dining. This is short sighted and if nothing else premature.

There are still many of us who feel safer eating outside and others who just enjoy eating outside, please don't take this option away! Larger families and groups can't fit at the sidewalk 4 top tables, and there is an advantage to have closed streets with no traffic for us to walk around and shop, what is the downside??
