Equal status and equal oppertunities for equal work. Stop discriminatory attitude towards group B/ promotee Railway officers. When duties cannot be differentiated why different approach for carreer prospects. Follow principle of natural justice
Direct officers or Railways can not achieve the daunting targets being given by PMO/MR/RB with the demoralized group B. The whole system will come to a standstill unless corrective action are taken immediately to safeguard the future of group B.
Sir, we are group b officer , working for same work but getting less payment, pay grade, no promotion , we feel demoralizing due to sudden policy change. Even indian gazatee also declared us group a .but railway not giving any status.
Promotee Officer are hardworking and a link between group c and a. There right to be promoted to group a after rigorous hardworking a long service to Railways needs to be respected by everyone. Don't demoralize them, please, please, please...
This is treatment after outstanding service record & outstanding APAR 7years in group C, 5years in group B and 7 years after induction in group A. What the mistake from my part as I have dedicatedly served Railways. My family is in shocking mode the deep pain

There should not be any wrong discriminatiory policies because any wrong and misleading judgements.The seniority rules are clearly defined and should not be advertised as demartmental promoted officers are given back dated seniority. This as per the IREM rules .
