If the promotee officers are deprived of promotions, it shows that there is no significantof experience and hard work in Indian Railway.There must be implementation of Constitutional Right of One rank one pay.

Most talented and efficient employees after several screening selected as Group B officer. They have both theorotical as wel as practical knowledge and also having excellent manpower utilising capacity. Such promotee officers are the backbone of Indian railways as most of the work get executed by these officers. But they treated as most unwanted creature of the railways. They never been given even basic rights of same pay and opportunities for same work. Now they are humiliating and demoralised by Railway by taking biased decisions. How a organisation survive by frustrated officials who are controlling almost all activities. For proper and smooth working and growth of India railways RB must take care of grievances of Promotee officers. They must provided with " Same pay and classification for same work ". It is the minimum requirements for moral boosting and inthu. of Gr. B and Gr. C employees of railways. RB should stop reversion of promotee officers immediately .If Railways Board actually well wishers of railway they should keep harmony among employees. There should no biased policies and rules.

Due to biased policy decision of Rly Board in recent past, it's 6000 vertebral Group B officers of IR who are getting supppressed. The Gr B officers are not only matchless hard working and experienced but have enough technical as well as educational qualifications never less than a Gr A officers. But due to such discriminating decision of Rly Board, all Gr B officers are feeling demoralized and abandoned. This has been building up a thick wall between Gr A & B which is highly deteriorating official and social Harmony among the officers. We demand justice. To save Rly and grow rapidly , do justice with Gr B officers. Thank you. Jai Hind, Jai Indian Railway.

If Root of any tree cut, what will be life of that tree Can you imagine ??? Just like among 14 lacs railway employee , only 6000 employees who are extra ordinary , talented , Well conversant and Well experienced railway professionals are Group B officers. Now these fellows Demoralized ,discriminated by Rail Board result frustration among them. If an well experienced personal not become the policy maker. Than So many policy made theoretical not practical. Result Railway real growth cannot be achieved

Stop the reversal of promotions with Immidiete effect

"Same payment for Same work" Rule will follow because there is no separate working posts for Group A & B officers, both officers are exchangeables with their post. Further Group C staff will not be interested to be prompted to group B, because of no future. Group B officer starts working very 1st day, no training expenditure on him by railway & no option for him to leave the job from railways. Where as for Group A officers, two years training is given before working & he leaves the job if selected for IAS. Also lot of time required say 3-5 years to be used to for railway working.

Promotee officers should be provided justice as per laid down promotion rules.

We the promotee officers are certainly deprived of our due promotions. Waiting for more than a decade in anticipation of DPC. Added....this humiliation. MOR should take immediate action not only to solve the problem but also expedite the promotions

There should not be any wrong discriminatiory policies because any wrong and misleading judgements.The seniority rules are clearly defined and should not be advertised as demartmental promoted officers are given back dated seniority. This as per the IREM rules .
