my grandson Colby has attended this school for the last 3 years . He was petrified at first but now looks forward to see Mr. Bynum greet everyone in the morning. He has been a big asset to this school and all will hate to loose him! " if it aint broke then why try to fix it!"

Stop moving principals around. Let them realize their vision in their schools. You sit in your ivory towers and make decisions without consulting the parents and teachers and wonder why families are leaving the public school system in droves. Can we please have some consistency?

I am grandparent of a kindergartner. I have only heard wonderful things about Mr. Bynum. It would certainly be a loss to the school if he were to leave.

If it's all about the children then a constant figure is what's best and Mr. Bynum is just that. Why fix what's not broken leave Mr. Bynum at Orange City elementary where he is needed and wanted and his presence makes a huge impression on these kids like my son.

Mr. Bynum is a great Principal but an even better human. Not only has put his heart into leading his school and his staff, but has gotten this old school so close to a rebuild. It feels demoralizing to have him ripped from our school, now. At least let him enjoy Orange City as a new school for a year or 2. He knows every student on campus and is always all over campus! He is hardly ever in his office- because he is hands on. I can’t say enough to explain the connection between Bynum and Orange City.

Mr Bynum was principal to my two boys when they attended OCE. The kids adore him, his is the heart of that school, having him leave would be awful for his students, as they very much adore him. He is an amazing man!
