The winning post has had a huge part in my life and many others. I attended the youth club there with many of my friends in my younger days and I know a lot of my friends still use it now. It will be a terrible shame to see it been put to use that has no benefit to our local community

Local Communities need to protect their identities and maintain their own character and facilities. This building has been undervalued both in financial terms and in relation to it's value as a community asset.

Trusting the owner to do right is all good and well, but the future of the building and of the groups that use it were far safer when it was owned by the community, for the community.
