It is the duty of the HOA to represent the best wishes of the comming mitt. If the comming bury wants this the HOA should listen. If not, we can always change the HOA?

A treehouse sounds like a magical idea for your two children. I can't imagine why this woukd be azorovkemvfir anyone and litigation if any type is not worthy of what our beautiful neighborhood should ever partake!

I am not fully aware of the facts. But, if this is a case of officious intermeddling a solution may be by way of the ballot box. I will be at the next meeting and intend to work for a sensible solution to what seems to be a mountain made out of a molehill.

I support this family 100% and would consider revoking our membership in the homeowners association if they don't drop the legal pursuance of this family.

Sad this is happening to you. I fully support you with this action. Cmon LHA - is this really worth your time? How about a focus on security in the neighborhood rather than people's trees and tree houses.

I usually support LHA and their efforts on our neighborhood's behalf but in this situation I feel that their time and energy are being wasted as is our collective monies.

Just an unbalanced approach by our LHA. LHA gave you use of the LHA portion of the land until the wall fails. Why go to the mats if none of us residence could use the land with or without the tree house? This is silly
