We, the residents of West Hills, oppose the recent road striping implemented by our HOA without adequate prior notice or transparency. This lack of communication disregards homeowners who fund these changes. We demand that the HOA address our concerns and involve the community in future decisions. I am not sure who thought this was a good idea, not only is it unnecessary it is unattractive and a waste of time and money. Please remove this eyesore from our community.
Communication is key with residents in a HOA. Money that is paid by HOA members cannot be used by the HOA without thier consent/viote. It is with this principle that I sign this petition. I
There was no need for this type of striping and the expense. It looks terrible and is NOT in keeping with a gated community.
I have to get approval for doing anything to my property, then the HOA should also have to get community approval for anything that affects the entire community.
This looks terrible. There's better things to do for the community with $34000 budget.
I believe these new lines are very dangerous due to the fact that half of the community is from europe and they're driving on the wrong side of the road.

I am signing to have street lines removed throughout. West Hills community. I believe the community should have a say in the decision making process. Also feel it is unnecessary to have cross walk painted on blacksmith and farrier. There is no school nearby and residents shoukd know where to fries the street in neighborhoods.
