THIS BUSINESS WILL BRING IN AMBULENCES, NOISE AND CARS LINING THE STREETS, AS WELL AS DECREASED HOUSING VALUE FOR US. PLEASE COMPLAIN TO YOUR HOA AND SIGN THE PETITION SO WE CAN CHANGE THE CC&R’S AND HAVE THIS STOPPED.
BY SIGNING THE PETITION, YOU AGREE THAT POWER RANCH ASSOCIATION SHOULD NOT ALLOW BUSINESSES SUCH AS SENIOR ASSISTED LIVING CENTERS, AIR B&B'S, AND VRBO'S.

Would like an amendment to The CC&Rs to prohibit business activity in the nature of short term rentals such as Air BNB and VRBO, and by the room such as senior living/group homes. We value being a neighborhood of families
Change the CC&Rs
A residential Association should not have a business within affecting its residents.
I saw on realtor that there is a open house Saturday Jan 16th at 11am
Please do not allow these type of non-family residential business to operate in our neighborhood.
This has to stop!!
Apparently, this is allowed as long as the HOA allows it and since the Hoa does not have anything in the documents, they are ok with it. I actually called them and they said it is allowed. I also tried to get this posted in the Power Ranch neighbors Facebook group but they would not allow it. Any ideas?

Since we are not allowed to park on the street overnight, where will all of the overflow of cars be parked if this is allowed to become an assisted living home or VRBO???
