This shop is needed! The staff are kind and friendly! To lose this shop in the community would leave a real hole! Isn’t there a local Business Centre that could help and advise, and give this shop a longer life?
I go in this shop to buy all kinds of things such as storage boxes, shoes, clothes, wool, kitchen items. Now that Bussens has closed, only place to get cheaper items is The Factory Shop. Sainsburys is too expensive. There is nowhere else locally to get discounted items.
It would be a shame for Mildenhall to lose another retailer. The more shops that close, the more it will force people to shop away from Mildenhall, which then has a knock on effect to other retailers in the town.
Please don't close the Mildenhall branch, this is our only shop other than Sainsburys that sell clothing and footwear. Been a loyal customer for years and have bought some great things from you. This outlet is a life line for many people that don't drive.
A shop our family use all the time. Goods are good value for money and varied. It’s the only shop in Mildenhall that stocks certain items. Also closing this store will mean job losses too.
Please don't close the Factory shop Mildenhall needs all the shops to stay open.

The town is growing all the time, so we can't afford to lose a crucial shop like this one, which provides clothing, household goods, and so much more. This will be yet another blow for the elderly community and those without transport.
