These 3 trees are so much more than trees. They represent history, beauty and community. Everything should be done to save them not destroy them.

To me, live oaks are a part of Ocean Park that brought the original campers here so long ago.
It is as much a part of Ocean Park as sand dunes/roads & the sunshine of summer is.

If the trees have to go, which seems insane to me, then please let the wood be used to construct something beautiful in that spot. Why does Virginia Beach not treat it's official tree with the respect it deserves?
