I believe it is absolutely ridiculous that anyone would think it to be a good idea to place a methadone clinic within only 3 blocks of east lansdowne elementary. I strongly oppose this horrible idea.

I'm disappointed that I'm just now being notified about this clinic's possible placement in Lansdowne. I've lived here for 15 years and I've enjoyed every bit of it. If this treatment center is allowed to open up, my family and I have no choice but to move out of Lansdowne.

There is no reason for a facility like this to be put in a residential area. This is a disaster waiting to happen.

Please reframe from opening such facility here in my neighborhood. My fear is that crime may increase, people wondering around in our already dark driveways seeking to steal possibly. NO please...No!

The extra drug/user traffic would not be ideal for this location.. Try Darby or some place more relevant and acceptive to these circumstances.

I support and applaud addicts in recovery .I would readily support a clinic to help local addicted residents through recovery. However I feel that transporting large number of transients into the community would place an unfair burden on our townships’ infrastructure an unfair burden on our community’s law enforcement as well with concerns regarding the influx of prescription medicine being dispensed that could fall into the wrong hand and into the hands of local residents.. This could further spur a growing prescription/opioid drug abuse problem that has become prevalent in other communities. All the above problems would have to be managed at the expense of local residents .Our town is peaceful and our children are safe.We love this towns slow paced charm and we are here here to find asylum from big city problems.

Please dont. Theres some rehabilitation house across the street from my job and everyone who lives there just comes in and steals. I'd rather not add more of that to the neighborhood, including all the extra drugs that will be around. No thank you.

As a resident for over 14 years I wish to keep my little neighborhood quiet and peaceful as the day I moved there and I assure you that this would be no good for our beloved Lansdowne. Signed a concerned resident.
