No methadone clinic in Lansdowne, Delco! Residents will fight this. This clinic would make our struggling community even less safe than it currently is. It will cause property value to decline and, attract more crime and vagrancy which our community does not have the resources to deal with. We will fight this and we will win!

Allll of you all, that want to stop this, and not in my town bs. There has been a operating methadone clinic in lansdowne. With a Lansdowne address for over a year now. No one was told about that one because they don't need to tell you, talk about schools an everything else. You sound dumb. No sex offenders are involved. You live right out side of Philly, West Philly at that. Your not going to stop it. The problem in the entire country is bigger, then your worries. Have a nice day!

I vote no. I understand the need for treatment, am compassionate to the drug problem, but agree it should not be in a residential area.

I grew up in this borough an its disgrace that yall would ask for money saying save E.L from having a place to help a borough that's full of a bunch of uppity think they're better above people that are addicts such as myself!! I live a few blocks away from this site. I worked in drug rehab and work as a mental health counselor. There is a methadone clinic at 33 Williams Street which is less than a mile from this site. Veterans can go to the VA hospital (3 miles away at 3900 Woodland Ave) and they have a methadone clinic. Why duplicate what is already available? Is this money driven?
