I went through both companion animal biology and advanced companion animal biology. In this span of over a year I've gotten to know mrs. Philips very well. I can honestly say she is one of the nicest teachers in the building if not the nicest. She goes out of her way to make sure students provided with the best learning environment. Not only that she has plenty of really world experiance from working on a farm. She has shared those experiences with us providing credibility to her teaching. You can not replacer her with a better teach that is for certain. No teacher will care as much as her for their students I hope they know that before the let her go. Principle posey is making a big mistake with this decision.

It kills me knowing that there are some horrible teachers at North that get to stay due to having tenure, yet genuine and loving teachers that are actually concerned about their students get let go. We know better than the faculty who cares about their job and who doesn't. Don't let the good teachers go.

i don't go to NNHS, but my friend does, and she sent me this to sign. i read the description and its heartbreaking to hear something like this. mrs. phillips seems like an amazing person and i seriously hope she gets to stay at NNHS ❤️ good luck!

Mrs. Phillips is so kind and caring, it's a shame to hear this, knowing she has so much potential to better students lives as well as teach them in a way in which they understand.

Mrs. Phillips is the most genuine person I know. I met her my freshman year there at North. And it breaks my heart that anyone could possibly want to do something so horrible to her. I haven't met Mrs. Posey, however I know that Mr. Post was irreplaceable. That's part of the reason I'm glad I moved from Naperville North High School my senior year. I have heard many unprofessional things about the new North principal and I think that if anyone should go its her. She seems unqualified, rude, and beyond uncompassionate. If she truly had the best interest at heart for these students she would never fire a teacher for getting close with her students. Clearly she doesn't care, which means this job isn't for her.
