Well after everything they have done for you, it is time for you to do something for them.
Recently there has been a issue in which the county has had to remove a certain amount of teachers from Sherwood High School due to the class sizes.

I have been reading your stories about how Mr. Allen shaped your understanding of government and I honestly struggle to hold back tears. Your memories prove that he is more than just a line item in a county budget plan. I am currently reaching out to the school board members to ensure they read these comments before they finalize their decision.

Seeing this kind of movement in such a short time shows how much Mr. Allen truly meant to all of us. I never imagined this many people would step up to protect a teacher who helped shape our experiences at Sherwood.

Its crazy to fire good teaches. In this case, it shouldn't matter how many years you have been in the system. it should matter how well people do in your class and how good your relationships with students and other faculty.
Save them! I want my other children to have the same amazing experience that my son received freshman year.
Keep these teachers! They are more than just teachers, but rather molders of the AP student. While taking AP NSL with Mrs. Woolley, the confidence of my friends and I increased dramatically. As takers of the AP NSL exam we can not have felt more prepared and inspired to succeed in knowing all the content and all the reasoning behind Government and politics. We must keep these teachers so that subsequent classes of Sherwood students may be inspired by their teaching as well.
Mr. Allen is arguably one of the best teachers in mcps. He is one of the few teachers around who actually care about the success of their students. And seeing him being transferred in a blink of an eye and be treated this way disgusts me! SAVE MR. ALLEN!!!!
My favorite and best teacher I've had, Mr. Allen not only taught me better than any teacher has before, he made me laugh and made me feel comfortable around him. Not only was mr. Allen a great teacher, he was also my friend. Hopefully sherwood realizes this great teacher and keep him.

Mrs. Wooley and Mr. Allen helped me get a 4 on the AP Exam. They are both brilliant and Sherwood cannot lose two rock star teachers like that.
