Mohatta Palace needs to remain what it is - a cultural space for the people of Pakistan. We have so few cultural spaces let’s not destroy the existing ones!

It's a dumb idea. Mohatta Palace is heritage listed building. It is already being used as a cultural institution, it is not suitable for the requirements of a modern medical and dental college, and it will be ruined as a heritage building if one is forced into it.
