Please don't kill a sport, livelihood, and a way of life for so many people. Banning our sport is not the answer, we need education for the people just coming into the sport. This is where the shortcomings lie. We need to show these new people the right way to transport guns as well as where and when to play.
Thank you for your time.

Airsoft is one of the few ways people can go out and have a ton of fun. It would really suck if this would happen.

I can see how the Maryland legislature spends their time... Instead of going after TOYS which is really nothing more than a dandelion in your backyard, how about you move to do something about the pit viper? (ie. homelessness, violence, poverty)

This is ridiculous, this law would destroy jobs, destroy revenue, and promote a false sense of security.

destroying this hobby, this sport wont do anything. By doing this you are losing employment options as well as a fun and safe hobby. By saying that there are those who misuse the replicas, they usually aren't old enough to purchase them to begin with. Dont ruin out hobby because of your false sense to safety, because you arent doing anybody any good.

If this law is passed, hundreds of people will be losing jobs. Sure, we get that having an immatation firearm is dangerous, but at least leave it to us, the owner to make our own decisions when it comes to what we do with our replica firearms (airsoft guns)

We who play at fields shouldn't be punished for kids who pats can't teach them the resposablity withholds in airsoft guns. Also if you ban airsoft guns why arnt paintball guns banned as we'll. tippman makes look alike paintball guns as we'll. airsoft is also another way to prove helps ex military vests controle PTSD. I have been part of my airsoft community for years and have spend a lot of time and money playing airsoft. This is my hobby and my sport don't take it way their for we who do play have nothing else to do.
