The county reversed their decision and funding oversight is finally underway. I am completely worn out from this fight but the relief of knowing our libraries are secure makes it worth the struggle.

The emails I receive from you about the state of our libraries are heavy to read but they remind me exactly why this fight is necessary. I am spending my time digging through budget documents while we wait for an actual response from the county board. It is exhausting work but I am staying the course.

Total incompetence by the board. 31 years of service tossed aside like trash.
WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING? Need a full audit of where our taxes go before they go slashing staff at the library.
Our library system is falling apart because of these budget cuts. We need full time staff not some part time manager who doesnt know the area.
Ridiculous. My kids grew up in that library and Roberta was always there to help them find a book. Bad move county.
Disgusted by this decision. Ripberger is a staple of our county. Keep our libraries open full time!!!!

Roberta is a legend in this town. You dont just fire someone who has given 31 years of their life to the community. Bring her back immediately.
