Armstrong Farm in Locust Valley needs your help. The Locust Valley Water District has denied Armstrong Farm the use of municipal hydrant water for agricultural purposes. Armstrong Farm has requested the use of water to cultivate a 4 acre piece of property which it intends to use as a local vegetable farm. The existence of Long Island farms on the North Shore of Long Island has diminished. Armstrong Farm would like to rejuvinate the farming on the North Shore of Nassau County and bring fresh vegetables to the tables of our local residents. Please support the cause.
