The aim of the this petition is to save Lockey Family Fun Farm from going out of business.

Wokingham Borough Council's preferred route A, (which has also been referred to as A1), for the Arborfield Relief Road, will cut through the heart of our farm.
It will destroy the chicken, sheep and
fun park business, which we have built-up over the past ten
years.
There is a better option, route B, (also referred to as B1), which would take the relief road away from the farm and around the outer edge of the village.
Please show your support and sign this petition.
It will help prove to the Council that route A (A1) is not acceptable
and they MUST adopt the B (B1) proposal.

Watching the signature count climb toward one thousand gives our family so much hope for the future of the farm. We need to hit that milestone immediately to show the council that our community refuses to let this land be destroyed. Please get this link in front of your neighbors today so we can prove that route B is the only path forward.

My kids love visiting the animals here. Please dont ruin this place with a road that isnt even needed.
KEEP LOCKEY FARM OPEN. Route A is a total disaster for our community.
Absolutely ridiculous plan. Use common sense and pick route B. Leave the farm alone!
Such a shame if they lose the farm over some bad planning. Hope they listen to us.
Been coming here for years. The produce is amazing and the staff are so lovely. Wokingham council needs to wake up.

This is one of the only places I have found nearby where I can get locally sourced food (especially meat and eggs) and have the opportunity to teach my young daughter about where her food comes from. For Lockey Farm to close would be a great loss to the surrounding area. (N.B. I live in Woodley, so I am referring to a reasonably wide reaching "surrounding area")
