Mr. Lisa is an upstanding, courteous and well-mannered young man, and was wronged in this particular incident. He was very cooperative with the owner, while she was belligerent, gross, abusive and down right aggressive. She called the police to try to have him arrested even though he was more than willing to make the situation right, and then took all of his money, $1600, not equivalent to a 4 hour stay, after an almost 15 hour drive across the country and was to leave a group of people in the street looking for last minute rooms. She is an evil, conniving thief and she should be out in jail.
