My grandfather competed in this arena back in the fifties and the thought of losing this tradition breaks my heart. We need to reach five hundred signatures before our next meeting with the Superintendent to show that this community refuses to let our history vanish.

Seeing this kind of energy for the rodeo reminds me why my own family has spent generations under these mountains. We are proving that our local history is worth fighting for.

I have been spending my evenings reading through your stories about what this event meant for your families and our local history. It is clear that this rodeo is more than just a tradition because it represents the heart of our community in the park. I am currently preparing to bring these testimonials directly to the people who can decide the future of our site.

It’s the best outdoor rodeo I have been. The Calgary stampede doesn’t compare because of the atmosphere and the intimacy. I have been attending for 10 years Please don’t cancel it.
It has been an enjoyable event to come to see, have been doing it every year for the past 10 years. It should by all means be allowed to continue and Parks Canada must be reminded that the Park belongs to the people of Canada not the people that are paid by our tax dollars.
I fully support the Jasper Heritage Pro Rodeo,it is part of our heritage, and has been a great part of the Jasper community for years demonstrating our western heritage. Plus a unique attraction for tourists from all over the world to which in turn attributes to the economy of Jasper. Please keep it going.
I rode;clowned and fought bulls there and it was one top rodeo for visitors all over the world who learned about our life and styles in the most beautiful country they and us ever seen please do not lose this heridage
This has been a successful rodeo for years, put on by a hard working committee under trying conditions. If they could do it for over the past 30 years I'm sure there is a way to continue this great western tradition Alberta and Canada can bring to our visitors from abroad.
I’d love to see the Jasper Heritage Rodeo continued. I think it’s an invaluable addition to the park.
Always enjoy coming to this rodeo. The scenery is beautiful, but it's the fans that are so fun to compete in front of. The're enthusiasm is second to none!

I have had the priviledge and great pleasure of performing at this exceptional event for the past 5 years. It would be a shame to see this rodeo discontinued. I'm signing the petition in the hope that this rodeo be kept alive.
