I’d love to see the Jasper Heritage Rodeo continued. I think it’s an invaluable addition to the park.

Always enjoy coming to this rodeo. The scenery is beautiful, but it's the fans that are so fun to compete in front of. The're enthusiasm is second to none!

If park Canada were able to preserve and bring back the buffaloes, why not do the same for the Jasper Heritage Rodeo. Can politicians have good judgement on this issue, they should think further than their nose and understand they will damage the fabric of our beautiful and special aspect of our heritage. Serve your community in accordance of the beauty and preservation of our heritage. Have a heart.....

The Jasper Rodeo has been in existence well before Jasper National Park even began to be become huge tourist site.
The reasoning behind the removing this valuable four (4) day event does not make sense, even though the Jasper Heritage Rodeo is well wrapped up before the 11 PM noise bylaw is in effect.
The Jasper Heritage Rodeo must be allowed to continue to move forward as it has since 1925.
Rodeo events, like the Jasper Heritage Rodeo have been drawing new people into wanna be cowboys and cowgirls for decades.
This event, the Jasper Heritage Rodeo, has an even more unique advantage as it's the only rodeo that is actually held in a National Park, something that is unheard of in this day and age.
So instead of losing this advantage, I ask you why not hold on to this valuable asset and help it teach those who may never have ever witnessed such a unique and rare opportunity to.

I have had the priviledge and great pleasure of performing at this exceptional event for the past 5 years. It would be a shame to see this rodeo discontinued. I'm signing the petition in the hope that this rodeo be kept alive.

As a former Miss Rodeo Jasper the rodeo showed so much of jaspers and the provinces heritage and was an amazing attraction for everyone around ❤️
