I do most of my business hardware purchases there because of the cats,Jasmine and Molly. It's nice during a hectic day to pet a cat for a few minutes. If thecats were to go I'm not sure I'd continue shopping there.

Jasmine is one of the main reasons I make stops at Home Hardware! I could go to Canadian Tire for cheaper supplies, but the best customer service and a cuddly fur-friend to help me find what I need has always made Home Hardware my go-to for the things I need.

It is always a delight to see the resident cats they have there. We've visited this store quite a few times with our dog and never had issues. The employees had given us ample warnings and there was even a sign that states they have cats in the store. I read that the person who complained about Jasmine is allergic to cats so if this is the only basis shouldn't people with nut allergy be demanding nuts be removed too on every store? The signage should be enough so that people with allergies can use their own judgement if they decide to enter those doors.

In our small town, the little things matter. This is one of the reasons we choose to shop at our local Home Hardware over big box Canadian Tire. You can always count on the kind folks at Home Hardware to deliver great customer service AND they get our community's values as they have a store cat. Jasmine is a lovely addition to their team and has been since she arrived. Her gentle and sweet greetings make my shopping experience great every time. When I wait to get my key cut, I give her pats. When I'm ordering a heavy item and them bring it from the back, I get to pet this sweet girl. Every time, it makes my day. It might sound trite to some who don't "get" Canmore, but the store having her compared to the big corporatized Canadian Tire store not (and likely to never ever consider it) speaks volumes to the level HH embodies our community. It's but one thing, however it demonstrates a great deal. Please do not remove Jasmine from Home Hardware in Canmore.

As a resident for 21 years in Canmore, I really appreciate having Jasmine around - it lets me know that the people I am dealing with at Home Hardware care about their animal and that says something about their character. I fully support keeping Jasmine at the store!!!!

Aside from helpful service, she's one of the main things that differentiates our Home Hardware from the big box tool store down the road. It always puts a smile on my face to see a cat wandering around a store.

This is part of the store, to remove her now is so unfair. All the locals love to go there to see her and support a locally owned store, for one person to ruin this after all these years when they probably were not even a local is ridiculous! Let this beautiful lady stay the queen in her store!

One person should not make a majority.. perhaps they shop at another store if they are offended by a beautiful being in their presence. Keep her in her home... stop the selfish cruelty that would be by removing her from her known surroundings..

Jasmine is an amazing addition to the Home Hardware staff. She makes the store a friendly place to shop. There are plenty of cat-less Home Hardware stores close by for the complainant to shop at.
