If you frequent the Canmore Home Hardware you have most likely seen Jasmine the cat, it is my understanding Jasmine lives there. Well someone has complained about the cat and is apparently taking this up to corporate office to have her removed. If you are so inclined to show support for Jasmine please sign so she can stay and not be removed.

The people at Canmore Home Hardware think they can just get rid of Jasmine because of one pathetic complaint. We are about to hit one hundred signatures and I need you to send this link to everyone you know right now so those corporate suits understand we are not going to let them win.

I am highly allergic to cats but have zero problem having Jasmine the cat at the store; I just keep my distance and am delighted to see her. This is so silly that one person can have this much influence. Let's use common sense people!
JASMINE is wonderful, has been part of the store for years and indeed MUST stay!! The only issue I can think of is if someone has cat allergies but that can be remedied if need be by placing a sign at the entrance... 'cat on premises'.
Jasmine is one of the main reasons I make stops at Home Hardware! I could go to Canadian Tire for cheaper supplies, but the best customer service and a cuddly fur-friend to help me find what I need has always made Home Hardware my go-to for the things I need.
As a resident for 21 years in Canmore, I really appreciate having Jasmine around - it lets me know that the people I am dealing with at Home Hardware care about their animal and that says something about their character. I fully support keeping Jasmine at the store!!!!
I love the cats at Home Hardware. I look forward to giving them a friendly pat and scratch every visit. How could anyone object to their presence?! And I'm sure they keep the field mice - which even invaded our nearby apartment building - under control.
Leave the poor kitty alone don't we have bigger problems.

We are a community. Unfortunately we are growing way too large and are now known as a international tourist spot. I love seeing Jasmine in the store - she adds to the small town friendliness and community spirit. Don’t let one complaint spoil it for everyone else.
