As an older citizen, the need for this service is greatly needed.
Our hospital is great, but most people need to be transported to other hospital's because of lack of beds and facilities.
This service is very important for our older residents.

Examine the corporate guidelines for care and discharge. Talk to other "BrightSpring" care givers to see if they believe that this company is giving the quality of care that we want for our community.
