We have fought to improve health care in our county for years. In my humble opinion, we will be moving backwards if this very important service is not controlled locally

Commissioners need to fund this program. If dare county can spend millions on beach sand that last a few months. They can afford home health for its citizens

Dare HH&H has cared for my family and my extended family for decades. I did my clinicals with Home Health and I saw the awesome work they do. And Hospice has led multiple members of my family by the hand through the hardest times of our lives. I doubt any business entity is ever going to give the kind of care they gave us. Please reconsider this.

The citizens of Dare Co. deserves a company that will put the needs of the people and employees first. For profit companies do not do this. I have been affected twice by this same type of situation and the for profit companies pick and choose which patients they will see depending on their type of insurance. They always do and say whatever it takes to get the deal and later change their position. Please choose a not for profit company that will put the people first and not the almighty dollar!!

Dare county is so fortunate to have resources many others simply do not. Please use them to take care of our elderly and outsource other things where quality control is less critical.

Dare Hospice was the most daring and helpful group of people during my husband’s battle with cancer.
