We, members of the National Historic District of Hampden in Baltimore, Maryland, and those interested in preserving history, sign below in support of restoring and re-purposing 1501 W. 36th Street, which is scheduled to be auctioned off on February 24, 2015. We ask that only those who plan to restore and re-use the building be allowed to bid on the property, or, barring that, that demolition of the property not be allowed.
