These greedy corporations and land developers need to stop taking away from the people of these communities and stop lying to us while lining their pockets. It will not improve the area as they say it will only lessen the value, and I'm not just talking finacialy.

I oppose the re-zoning of Gates Circle. Leave well enough alone!

This has always been a quiet and tasteful residential neighborhood in an historic Buffalo area. We wish to keep it that way, without opportunistic commercial intrusions that will severely degrade our quality of life.

I don't believe the zoning should change. I live on Linwood and don't want any businesses to start building.

This is a horrible idea. I don't believe the zoning should change.

Such a pretty area to ruin with stores.

I am especially concerned about the application for increased retail expansion. We have enough on Elmwood!

Buffalo's appeal to new business is putting us back on the map, but our residential areas and sense of community are what make this city a great place to live. We were the City of Good Neighbors first and foremost. I strongly support this petition.

I thoroughly support this petition. That sort of "development" only hurts Buffalo and we really don't need any more of it.

I live at 42 Chapin Parkway, which is half a block from the site. This is a residential neighborhood & needs to stay that way.

I fully support this petition. There should not be a shopping center there. This was not part of the original proposal

I have lived on Lafayette Ave for 47 Years. Why do we have to fight so hard yo preserve the dignity of our residential neiborhood

A blanket zoning approval would not be appropriate. As the plans evolve over time each component should be evaluated for its impact on the neighborhood.
