We the Foster Parents of FosterHope Sacramento, formerly St. Francis Home for Children would like to remain an independent Foster Family Agency. We do NOT want to merge with Stanford Youth Solutions, other Foster Family Agency's or any other Non-Profit Organization at this time. FosterHope Sacramento has been an independent FFA for over 28 years. We have weathered the economic storm, have continued to protect our Foster Parents and our children from the deep financial cuts experienced by many other Non-Profits. FosterHope Sacramento and our Foster Parents have strong relationships with Sacramento County Child Protective Services and many Mental Health Organizations throughout the greater Sacramento area. We are not in any need of assistance or bail outs. We are strong both financially and organizationally.

Updates

The momentum is undeniable. Our independence remains non-negotiable.

This is ridiculous. these kids need stability not some massive merger that will only make things confusing and disconnected.

28 years of history speaks for itself. stop trying to fix what isnt broken and leave them alone.

LEAVE FOSTERHOPE ALONE. They are doing just fine on their own and we dont need outside interference.
