The feedback I have received regarding the preservation of the First Snow tradition highlights how much this event means to our community. I am currently reaching out to local representatives to discuss the historical importance of this gathering.

I'm a day student but I enjoy hearing the stories from the boarders of this tradition. I say keep it.
They can't stop this. Just do it on another night and organize it amongst yourselves. Use your phones, Facebook or whatever and make it happen. No all-school announcements or anything - JUST DO IT!
This has to stay a livable tradition! Just as hats must be taken off in the dining hall... This is one of the ways students can find joy and embarrassment here at this restricting campus.
Blaming the loss of this tradition on us is just offensive. You can't remove the very heart of the tradition and then blame others for a sudden lack of support. BRING BACK FIRST SNOW
We won't be held down by the oppressive qualities of this school or clothing keep the tradition!

I am a day student but it seems to really make the boarders happy. I agree that it should continue.
I'm a day student but I enjoy hearing the stories from the boarders of this tradition. I say keep it.
