Deny permits (numbers 2014.05.08.5264, case number 2014.0487C) for Reza Koshnevisan to alter or add to 1501 Folsom Street, San Francisco.

The building at 1501 Folsom was the site of San Francisco's first leather bar actually on Folsom Street itself, Febe's Bar, which is now in danger.

Please sign this petition to preserve a historic building that distinguishes the city's unique character and to help preserve what's left of San Francisco's historic leather district, South of Market. Having lost the first leather bar (The Tool Box on 4th Street) to demolition, we can still save Febe's on Folsom.

First leather bar I ever entered. We saved the Eagle, maybe someday we can resurrect FeBe's.

It's time for the Leather Community to step up to the challenge of saving it's history. Febe's IS that history.
