I've been going to her shop since 2001.
She's incredibly fast, and often handles 8 to 10 orders at a time. The quality of the food is very good, prices very reasonable, and her compassion for her customers exemplary. She's a friend to many of us.

Eun provides quick service with a smile and good humor. Her shop has rescued me many a time when I didn't bring my own lunch. But it's not like a sad, "rats, I forgot my lunch"; it's like "OH BOY, I *HAVE* TO EAT AT EUN'S TODAY!" The store is always clean and orderly and provides a variety of food for all palates. That she knows so many people by name -- and anticipates what they will order -- is heartwarming. Eun's cafe is an integral part of 3401. And it's all a one-man show! Amazing! Try the fresh egg salad and ask for onions with it -- you won't regret it.

Eun is a friend to hundreds of us who work in 3401 and Crystal Terrace. Her food is reasonably priced and always good; she is flexible about meeting special food needs. No chain can come anywhere near replacing her.

Eun Young is a wonderful, friendly person with a delightful sense of humor. She handles lunch rush with exceptional prowess (heck, half the time I forget what I ordered much less remember a dozen or so). I don't see the value in replacing her with some impersonal, assuredly higher-priced venue.
