A great place to grab a good lunch quickly at a fair price. It's hard to find places like Eun's. It's a unique feature to the work-life at 3401. In fact, I can't think of any place like it where I've worked before. If you don't renew the lease you will be taking a step backward and leaving a bad taste in your tenants mouths. Please reconsider.

A blessing on busy days, just pop down to Eun Young's shop for quick serving of delicious food by a super friendly person with an amazing talent for queuing up next in line orders. I can't imagine this building without her shop.

The food is good. The service is amazing. Having her shop in the building is essential on days when my 30 minute lunch combined with back to back conference calls won't allow me to venture out into the lunch traffic on West End. Taking this away would be terrible for so many people. There is hardly ever a time when people aren't standing in line laughing and talking to her or each other. I even see people from other buildings come to visit the café. Please let her stay.

Hers is a wonderful fixture in an otherwise dismal building. I think Highlands should focus on the dank and dark corners and cultivate what her cafe brings to our unfortunate space.
Friendly conversation, good food, reasonable prices and most important; a watering hole where people meet and talk offhandedly.
Take that away and that decision changes the atmosphere of an already exhausted venue.

Eun Young is friendly, funny and serves good food fast with a great attitude. Highwoods would be doing a great disservice to their tenants at 3401 and elsewhere by not renewing her lease. Please reconsider this ill-advised and obviously unpopular decision!

The variety she offers, the amazing way she handles the lunch rush ... she's a treasure! Anything put in her place will be less. Please let her stay!

Save the shop! She is so friendly and it really helps to have somewhere to go so that I don't have to leave the office on busy days. Eun Young is awesome and really loves her customers. Please let her stay!

I've been a regular customer for the last 3-4 years and I am one of those who walks over from Crystal Terrace. It is great to have a convenient place to grab breakfast, lunch or a snack. Please keep Eun's shop open.

In the past two years since I have come to know Eun Young, her character, warm spirit, ability to connect with every person that she comes in contact with and consistently provide quality nourishment to hundreds of individuals daily, has become a "Milestone to this organization" and would not only display a lack of empathy to the customers that she serves, but would also display and send a message of business as usual to each individual that depends on her services. The therapeutic atmosphere along with her wholesome entrees provide a sense of peace and tranquility to this organization and would be detrimental if removed. Thank you in advance for reconsidering on this matter.

There's no reason for her to leave. She provides a great service at a reasonable price and brightens everyone's day.
The thought of such a clean, well-lighted place being replaced with a sterile franchise, devoid of personality or warmth, just doesn't make sense.
What is the motivation? Is Highwoods not making enough money? Why would they want to take away such a bright spot? It just doesn't make sense.
