Way too much and not enough infrastructure!

I am deeply against this rezoning. We do not need any more building in our quiet community. Ive been in our home 23yrs and enough is enough.

I do not support the reasoning of east Knoxville

Progress is inevitable. We need to see that it is reasonable. It's hard to fight big deep pockets.

194 units on this land is not a wise development. I leafs to over crowding.

I am a Knox County property owner and stand against all of the development of our areas farmlands. It is what makes our area desirable. If growth co to use as it is, soon there will be no rural farmlands in the area!

Save the farms. HELL no to more construction

Stop rezoning! We're over crowded!

I am a third-generation resident of this area, raising my children here, and I am also a small local business owner who has invested time, money, and heart into this community. I am respectfully but firmly urging our district council to vote no on the proposed rezoning that would bring additional large-scale apartment development into our rural area. Our community was built on open space, strong local ties, and a way of life that people here have worked hard to preserve. This is not about being against growth it is about responsible growth that does not overwhelm our roads, schools, infrastructure, and rural character. Once these changes are made, we cannot simply undo them. As someone who both lives here and runs a local business serving this community, I see every day how important stability and thoughtful planning are to keeping our area strong and sustainable for families and small businesses alike. I also believe that if any council member feels they cannot stand with the community they were elected to represent on an issue this significant, then they should seriously consider stepping down and allowing someone else to serve who will truly prioritize the long-term interests of the people who live here. This community means everything to me, and I will continue to stand for protecting it for the generations coming after us.

Say No to rezoning.

Our roads cannot handle the traffic from a large complex it is not safe for the kids that walk to school and for the young drivers that drive to school. This area is single resident area and not big place for an apartment complex. We don’t have the infrastructure for the volume of house currently under construction. We don’t need this development at this location.

Pleasanthill Rd. and Kitts rd. are not wide enough to handle the volume of traffic. We don’t have enough groceries stores in the area to handle family that will move in the houses and apartments that are currently under construction. The area on pleasant hill rd. Is all single residential house an apartment complex does not belong there.

We don’t have the roads and infrastructure for this development. This is a small quite single home residential area. We don’t want apartments built in this area.

Please save our community. Our schools and roads can't handle anymore congestion.
