We don’t have the infrastructure to support all the homes and apartments that are proposed and already in progress.

I vote against rezoning, our infrastructure is already unable to accept all the traffic. What about the sewer, water, electrical, schools, how will this enhance these vital services

There is already to much growth in our area that the roads and infrastructure can't support. Please stop this madness!

I have seen firsthand the chaos that is happening in my own Neal’s Landing Subdivision. The Ridge at Neal’s Landing has driven some of my neighbors away m, especially those that lost their western view of sunsets and rolling hills. Now they see the back of houses less than 20 feet apart. Vehicles line the streets. Construction continues early in the morning and late into the night. Drivers speed onto the Main Street, which is Neal’s Landing Rd.; this is so dangerous. Many people walk around the streets— runners, parents with children, mothers with children in carriages, elders walking. I am concerned about our safety from vehicles speeding and/or swerving around parked cars. The traffic in and out of the subdivision has increased dramatically, along with rush hour on Asheville Highway east and west.

They won’t be happy until every bit of this community is covered. They took all those homes on Thorngrove pike and for what 5-6 years later a factory comes in. They tore down beautiful homes and then say we need housing. It’s whatever fits their agenda

We need better roads, bigger schools, and more access to grocery stores in the immediate area, NOT apartments! Our infrastructure cannot handle this density yet!

No! There are already too many developments going on currently. Traffic on Asheville Highway is already noticeably worse. Traffic will be a nightmare.

Stop building apartments/houses. Grocery stores are having to expand and right now it's a disaster trying to get in and out of there The schools are full. The kids are sitting 3 to a seat already on the bus

We have a lot of congestion already, I imagine this will bring so much more.
Stop developing farmland.
