This is not a good location for more housing, the schools zoned for those locations is already at capacity. There is only 1 middle and high school zoned for this location. We don’t need West Knoxville in East Knox County. Traffic is already congested driving from Knoxville. The bridge close to John Sevier, people already sit at that red light 6 or 7 times during the evening rush.

We don’t have enough hospitals or schools to hold the amount of people we are bringing in to Knoxville and Knox county.

Please do not ruin East Knoxville by overcrowding it even more than an it already is, especially without having places for these people to go to school and grocery shop which is not developed yet. The school that is less than a mile from this proposed build is already using portables!

The residents of this community live there because it is a rural area. Changing the zoning to allow apartment dwellings opens the door to overgrowth and overdevelopment in the future.

As more people want to move here the more they kill our planet. My living here my all life this is the most people I seen in this community. Yall already have enough complexes around us yall don’t need more. The impacts will be bad like more traffic, more crashes, and more trees being teared down. So please don’t take our community land.
