Dear friends, Saving this unique collection for the academic and scholarly purposes is of the utmost importance. We ought to preserve it for all the next generations of scientist, researchers and scholars. Cordially, Irina Lapshina.BBA.MS. Knight Legatus FIAT LUX

I would hate to see the disappearance of NINO as a distinct intellectual entity and its vast array of resources on the ancient Near East

The existing set up has supported generations of world-class research within my own field of Egyptology. I presume that the plan includes a transparent feasibility study indicating that this long tradition of a concentrated, dedicated high-quality research cluster will not be affected by the proposals.

Laat NINO onafhankelijk voortbestaan.

I always found the NINO institute and its library the best place to study and do research. Its atmosphere and exhaustive sources are incredible. Really a shame to have to miss it.

Krankzinnig!

This is one of the most highly regarded institutes for the study of Egypt and the ancient Near East in the world, and it is vital - especially within the current world political context - that it retain its independence.

The Egyptian period was so an important and rich part of the worlds history - please don't stopp teaching it!
