Put it somewhere else like where the land is for sale or where you took down buildings already they should already be zoned for this.

I would like it to be known that I am not against the housing project. I am only against the location. Why should the city so that location? Especially in the summer of $200,000. Why can’t the housing project be built in front of community healthcare? That land has been for sale for a long time.

This is not the location for this project. We need to protect our green spaces & mature trees. There are SEVERAL other locations in Clinton that could be used without destroying a park. Perhaps some of the abandoned buildings/houses could be demolished for this new building.

This type of house initiative does not belong in the shadow of our most vulnerable residents.

This is NOT what our town needs. Refurbish the old YMCA. The Clinton residents surrounding that park (especially Park Tower) utilize that green space. Leave the park alone!

Absolutely opposed. If anyone wants to see what a city will be like, visit Seattle, San Francisco, and Philadelphia.

Why don't we rename the city: New California! What a surprise! The same city that turns a church into a business wants to have a downtown but has an adult bookstore, and now this! I'm ashamed even to admit I live in Clinton!

TERRIBLE IDEA! This is one of many reasons Clinton, Iowa will continue to be the armpit of Iowa!

Parks shouldn't be for sale for private development. They are supposed to be used by residents for relaxation and exercise. Our city forefathers thought this was important by leaving us Eagle Point and the Riverfront. Try refurbishing the old YMCA.

City parks are for public use, not for sale to private enterprise. This location is inappropriate for a variety of reasons.
