Save Clash of Clans: Demand Real Community Focus and Re-evaluate Leadership
Clash of Clans is dying a slow death from corporate greed, and we cannot sit back and watch it happen anymore.
For 14 years, this game thrived because of a dedicated, passionate community of players who built clans, upgraded bases, and invested countless hours and hard-earned money. But ever since Sabrina Carmona took over as General Manager, the soul of Clash of Clans has been stripped away. We are no longer treated as a loyal player base. We are being treated like ATM machines and unpaid beta testers for rushed, broken updates.
Under her current leadership, the game has spiraled into an unplayable mess of aggressive monetization, intrusive Gold Pass changes, and a brutal Hero Equipment ore grind that is actively driving players away. To make matters worse, recent major updates have launched completely broken, proving that the team would rather rush out features for profit than actually playtest their game. While the dev team pumps out endless paid cosmetics and duplicate decorations, core features like clan recruitment and social tools are left to rot.
We need to send a loud, clear message to the executive team at Supercell. We demand an immediate halt to these predatory monetization tactics, a real commitment to fixing the broken update cycle, and a leadership team that actually plays, understands, and cares about this game.
