My experience helps me understand that spending money isn't an option for progressing and enjoying the game. The idea is to spend money because the game is fun, not because I feel obligated to progress.

I started playing Clash of Clans back in 2014 when I was still in primary school. I devoted my entire youth throughout these fourteen years to this game. Seeing the current state of the game, I would like to put forward the following suggestions to the Clash of Clans community: 1. We suggest prioritizing optimizations for the Home Village. While ensuring revenue, fully enhance the overall gaming experience. There is no need to shift excessive focus to the Builder Base. The development team must be well aware of its current situation. 2. It is acceptable to release Hero Skins, but development work should cover all aspects of the game. Do not concentrate all efforts solely on creating skins while neglecting updates to other gameplay features and functions. Worse still, bugs, server login lags and sudden disconnections during attacks have become recurring issues after every update. 3. Grant exclusive privileges to clans at Level 10 and above, such as adding new clan roles and raising the maximum clan member limit. Meanwhile, add more ways to earn Clan XP to boost enthusiasm for clan development. 4. The overly long progression cycle is the main cause of new player loss. It takes an extremely long time to upgrade from lower Town Hall levels all the way to Town Hall 18. The lengthy building upgrade times at early stages discourage new players. In addition, most current attack strategies are designed for Town Hall 18 players, with very limited content for lower Town Halls. We recommend launching a Mentor System with a dedicated chat channel, allowing veteran players to guide newcomers and lower the entry barrier. 5. Revise the ranking, matchmaking and promotion rules. Follow the format of the Legend League by placing all players in the same trophy tier into one global matchmaking pool, and decide promotions based on final global rankings. Currently, players are divided into separate groups. Some groups have easy promotions, while players in other groups cannot get

We hope Supercell can release more returning decoration bundles so newer players can also obtain classic decorations and statues from past events. Please also reduce A/B testing that affects player progression and fairness. Cosmetics and decorations are much better for A/B testing since they do not impact game balance. In addition, please update the Supercell Store reward point exchange items and allow more old or limited decorations to be obtainable through points. Thank you!

We need to act fast, my closest friends are just disappearing from the clan and the community. We’ve played this game since 2014, this is truly sad
