This petition is dedicated to those who have been banned permanently without the proper description list of what entails "3rd party apps" other than common bot tools. Supercell has reached a point to where many of their main investors has reached a max point, and sense the release of Pokemon GO have actual competition. Because of this Supercell has decided to take a new direction of fair play, hoping to stand differently than such competitors. They have stolen countless money from some of their most dedicated players with no remorse especially to those who don't know what a '3rd party' app is.
Please agree and encourage friends who you know that have been banned for these same reasons and with enough support maybe supercell can give proper instruction for removing their definition of 3rd party apps to the fullest extent. I know there is already a "solution" they have provided, but they deferred all the work to the 3rd party apps which we still do not fully understand exactly what apps they are looking for (other than the major bots).
For those who disagree, what we are asking for is a true action plan and a second chance when there are too many factors for those who do not know the proper paths of removing every trace of their definition of 3rd party apps.
This is truly unfair from a monetary and time investment point of view. I understand the frustration of those who mod. I myself do not mod. But this is tearing the community apart and has stolen money and time regardless of how spent from those who have enjoyed Supercells games and I think they now understand the seriousness of their new policy, and with a proper action plan can fix the clash community.

I am currently compiling a report detailing the specific cases of players who were banned without clear violation notices. Once this document is finalized it will be submitted directly to the Supercell support leadership team to demand a transparent policy review.

The sudden action of decision to 'permanent ban' is totally unfair!! At lest for the first time user. I myself confess my guilty! But at first I should be warned or temporarily banned; but not permanent ban!!!
I don't even know what is the third party apps I've been playing this game for years and I never been doing illegal even buying a gems .. I hope u consider the time and effort I spend in this game . This is so unfair. Be more considerate .
my account banned without any reason no 3rd party software i use ever no warning no 1-2 week directly bann for parmanently thats not fair we spend time like 2-3 year then jus stolen out account in 1 sec thats a cheap thing supercell did
I have been banned for 3 account and i have spent over 30 a week over the last 1 year and 6 mouth. I feel like i have been ripped off. Im evey up set i didnt het the 2weeks warning that thay said there were going to do.
2 years of dedication to this game and now boom they banned mi for no reason I was running 6 accounts..if i was using mod then all of my accounts should be banned but only my main account

Totally agree, was playing over 3 years, and just maxed my th11 and spent alot of money and timeless of hours and to get ban in seconds is just robbery! And in justice! No personal warning to me or comunication before this ban.
