All our butchers are being squeezed out for big food stores, we need our butchers to stay.

I have shopped at Bobs Butchers for over 30 years. Low Fell needs more local businesses not national chains. I hope if Nisa does expand they will lose business. I will certainly boycott Nisa.

Boycott NISA, there are alternatives. We don't need a larger convenience store.

Anna T, we have too - loss of revenue for Nisa is the only thing that can prevent this from happening. It's up to the individual to decide though.

My husband and I have boycotted Nisa ever since this came to our attention. Hopefully many others will do the same. It's only a convenience store, no-one will use it to do a full shop! Bob's butchers must be saved. In fact, if the butchers goes, Nisa's business will suffer, as many people make a special journey to shop there. Nisa are being very short sighted if they believe their business will increase.

We do not need a Nisa expansion-these types of stores are ten a penny-a local butcher is not however-I only buy my meat from local butchers and its becomming more and more difficult to find one in the Low Fell area-its an absolute disgrace that this is even being considered.

It will be a disgrace for the local community to lose such a quality butcher nor is it supporting small businesses to push them out.

Used Bob's shop for 40 years and always loved his quality products. Don't know what we will do without him - landlord and Council please show some consideration for your community.

kells lane is a wonderfully thriving set of independent stores which is increasingly rare in this age! getting rid of a wonderful butchers will result in a deterioration if this special set if shops! a bigger narrate won't change their revenue!
