I lived on this street for 18 years and endured seven long years of construction across the street from my home. Unfortunately, the City was never able to hold the builder accountable for any of his wrongdoing and I still have the photographs of the boulders rolling down the hill and across the street and into my home. We were all very lucky that no one was walking in front of my home at that moment. I hope you will avoid this situation by denying the Charter Oak Lane construction.

Please enforce the Hillside Ordinance in our neighborhood. Building an outsized mansion on the intended street is bound to cause trouble for us residents and probably for the city as well.

Absolutely impossible to build this without permanently disturbing the environment from wildlife & fauna to water table & drainage. More disturbing is the gridlock and absolute implausibility of emergency access. This is a 10' wide paper street at a 30 degree slope.
How this is even being considered is insane.
