I support Delissa and Elia because they've worked hard to make Bar Sepia a neighborhood establishment that they and their patrons can experience good food and enjoy the company of others. Too many places like Bar Sepia are being written off too easily and there must be a way that works for all concerned without driving the struggling proprietors into the ground. Have we lost the spirit of fairness? I hope not.

Bar Sepia, and other local businesses, are what made Prospect Heights a place I wanted to live when we moved here 10 years ago. I celebrated the 2012 presidential election at Sepia, and Delissa’s speech that night made me so happy to be part of the community she helped to create and support.

I’ve been to tons of bars in NYC and I have no hesitation in saying Sepia is the most organic community-like watering hole I’ve experienced. The regulars there are really like family and everyone is welcomed with open arms. Dee is like a second mother to us at Sepia and it’d be a travesty to lose that atmosphere and a place that means so much to so many in the neighborhood.

Bar Sepia is a great place, my neighborhood favorite. It cannot close.

I have know the pioneeers who started Bar Sepia since the beginning. What they have built in the community cannot be duplicated. I support their plan to buy the building so they can continue their unique service to the community.

Bar Sepia is our traditional gathering place for the World Cup. We are in there day and night. People travel from all over the boroughs to watch games with the staff and locals at Bar Sepia. Delissa & Elia deserve a chance to own the building outright! They are Brooklyn's best!

We LOVE Bar Sepia! After moving to Prospect Heights two years ago, Bar Sepia became our favorite neighborhood spot almost immediately. We're there at least once a week and would be crushed to see this awesome place close.
