Please don’t take our neighborhood treasure away from this community. Delissa took a gamble 14 years ago to forge a stake in building up this neighborhood and fostering a great sense of community. Selling to developers or the highest bidder just serves the hands of greed and destabilizes neighborhoods that struggles to survive tough times in undervalued areas to being them up. Now that she’s done all the hard work to bring value to the hood and your property, she deserves a seat at your table to negotiate again and keep her business and her commitment to the neighborhood we live in and love.

Long time neighbor and family friend for many years. As an employee of Brooklyn Public Library for 12 yrs. I’ve introduced my co-workers to Delissa and Bar Sepia and we’re all very fond of the bar! We have monthly gatherings, weekly Friday gatherings and it’s just a place to relax and unwind from a long day at work! We couldn’t begin to even fathom the thought of her establishment leaving the neighborhood! We love her and all of the staff and I stand by them to continue to keep it open!

A great, lovely neighborhood place that deserves to stay.

The forced closure of established and successful neighborhood businesses for no other reason than abject greed and profiteering on the part of completely out-of-touch property owners/landlords is a now all too familiar stain on the history of this city. It needs to stop. We have a business here willing and able to step up and make a legitimate offer to stay open and continue to serve its community. It deserves the opportunity.

This is a great spot for the neighborhood for people to come and have a good time. There are no problems here & the food is great & affordable. We need this place here for the neighborhood people. And the owner is is beautiful. She's caring and kind.

Bar Sepia took on the challenge to open their business when not many were interested in investing in the area and have partnered with the community to build a place where everyone is welcome and many consider a second home.❣️

I live in the neighborhood and have for the past 8 years, this is shameful to see such a staple be denied their lease renewal out of complete disregard for the community such an establishment has served.

The value of a neighborhood is people who live there and the businesses they patronize. Sepia is an anchor bringing joy and stability.

Great owners, great local business. Many fond memories. It would be a huge loss for the neighborhood.

Local businesses should be for the neighborhood as it exists, not for how some developer wishes it to exist
